The honest bit
Every other consultancy avoids this page. That is exactly why it exists. Here is precisely how 2HH makes money, and where our interests and yours could diverge.
Published prices
What we charge for
- Paid counselling sessions — ₹5,000 and up, because honest advice can't be free advice paid for by a school.
- Ground school — ₹12,000–18,000 per DGCA paper, with bundle discounts.
- DGCA conversion and career support — ₹50,000–1,50,000 per service line.
Commissions — disclosed, every time
Partner schools pay us a placement commission, typically 5–15% of the school fee. This is the international standard. We disclose it on every recommendation we make. The commission never decides the recommendation — the counselling fee exists precisely so it doesn't have to.
Boundaries
What we won't do
- 01
We won't recommend a school Sunil hasn't personally evaluated against our written rubric.
- 02
We won't push a student abroad when an India-direct route is the honest answer for them.
- 03
We won't bias a recommendation toward the school that pays us more.
- 04
We won't disappear after the deposit is paid — Tier 3 conversion support is the proof.
Conflict of interest — disclosed
2HH is a trading brand of Krama Aviation Pvt Ltd. The founder, Sunil Narwal, also runs V-Minima Ltd, a UK software company whose oral-exam practice tool is used inside 2HH's ground school. The two are separate legal entities with an arms-length commercial agreement. We tell you this because you should know it.
