Refund policy
PLACEHOLDER — this refund policy is a structural draft and must be reviewed by a lawyer before launch. It exists because honest businesses publish their refund terms up front.
Counselling sessions
PLACEHOLDER. Cancel or reschedule with reasonable notice for a full refund or credit. No-shows are non-refundable.
Ground school
PLACEHOLDER. A defined cooling-off window applies before a module begins. Once teaching has started, refunds are pro-rated against lessons delivered.
Placement deposits
PLACEHOLDER. Deposits paid to partner schools are governed by that school's refund terms, not ours. We explain those terms in writing before any deposit is paid.
How to request a refund
PLACEHOLDER. Email us. Every request is logged, acknowledged, and processed through a documented, auditable grievance process.
